Booking an appointment

You can book by WhatsApp, by phone, or through the booking form on this site. A booking is confirmed once the clinic replies to you, not automatically when you send a message.

Walk⁠-⁠ins are welcome for general treatment, subject to the day's schedule. If you have booked a specific time, please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on how full the day is.

The braces deposit

Fitting braces starts with a RM1,000 deposit. This confirms your fitting date and pays for the brackets and wire ordered for you ahead of that appointment. The deposit is part of the RM6,000 all⁠-⁠inclusive fee, not an extra charge on top of it.

• Reschedule with at least 3 days' notice before your fitting date: your deposit carries over to the new date at no extra cost.
• Cancel with less than 3 days' notice, or do not show up: the deposit is forfeited, since the materials have already been ordered for you.
• Decide not to proceed before your fitting date: speak to the clinic directly. A refund may be possible if materials have not yet been ordered.

Instalment payments

After the deposit, the remaining balance is paid in instalments at each visit, arranged in⁠-⁠house with no bank, no buy now, pay later (BNPL) provider and no interest. There is no credit check and it does not affect your credit record.

If you are going to miss a payment, tell the clinic beforehand. Treatment is not cancelled automatically for a missed instalment. We would rather rearrange the payment with you.
